You will also find many opportunities to get involved with our community, whether it is local events or national Public Policy issues.  Our commitment to promoting women in business is clear.  We do this by getting involved; we do it by combining our efforts and our voices to make NAWBO a force to be reckoned with!  We keep our members informed on politics that will affect us as business owners and as women, taking appropriate actions as we see fit.

With our vast expertise, we are able to "give back" by assisting other organizations whose mission is compatible with ours.  We support girls and young women; future female business women, by providing mentoring, sponsorships and networking.  Many of our members are involved with local government and various business organizations thus representing NAWBO's interests.  We volunteer - individually or as a group - for many a worthy cause, both of direct interest to female business owners and to the community in general.
