Meet Christine Crowell, Owner of Crowell Insurance Group  

Christine is the owner of Crowell Insurance Group, a full service independent insurance agency in downtown Lakeland.  She also is an Executive Board Member and Executive Committee Member for the Boy Scouts of America, currently holding the position of Vice President for the program. She is the mother of three children and has been married to her husband, Steve, for over twenty years.

When Christine says she loves what she does professionally and enjoys working with people, it is obvious by just talking with her. Her business is built on trust and listening to their customers needs so they may provide the very best coverage for the best price. She is quick to point out though that finding the right policy is only the beginning because when a client suffers a loss, it is necessary to work quickly, following through for that client so they will receive fair and prompt payment.

 As a personal note, I asked Christine if they provide renters insurance. She told me they do and during our conversation, directed me to an awesome website: knowyourstuff.org which helps you catalog and record the value of your belongings. We now have Christine as our new insurance agent. And with Crowell Insurance Group, “I am a customer, not a policy”. Hopefully I will never need to know how fast they follow through with claims.
